Tsalani is an avid storyteller, photographer, and conservationist. Exploring and sharing his story, Tsalani works to connect people with nature, foster conversations about conservation, and diversify the outdoors.

Around the country, women and people of color are leading local and community-level initiatives and often making real gains. Yet the current public / media attention of science and conservation, there is an overwhelming lack of gender and racial diversity. Combined with other factors this has led to a point where the experience and voices of many individuals who are well positioned to make major impacts have not been heard.
